I work with sports clubs to help them welcome and ensure integration of players with disabilities.

I work with clubs to make inclusion a living reality within the group.

I help adapt your instruction methods and the coaching environment by using alternative communication, visual aids, and by taking into account special needs.

I primarily work in handball, basketball, and soccer.

I address challenging behaviors, invisible disabilities, mediation with families, and the inclusion of players within the club.

I assist with the integration and training of volunteers, coaches, and program leaders.

I offer a one-day training session designed to provide your team with practical guidelines for welcoming players with disabilities.

Topics tailored to your needs:

Understanding ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders; Recognizing invisible disabilities

Adapting instructions using visual aids and alternative means of communication

On-field management; Challenging behaviors, safety and physical needs

The Life of the Club; communicating with families and promoting inclusion among team members

The nature of the input is adapted to your team’s needs or your club’s goals, to ensure that best intentions to be inclusive become everyday practices in true accessibility.

I begin with an initial exchange with your club to clarify the types of participants you wish to welcome and the specificities of the sport concerned.

I then help your team reflect on the project and analyze its strengths and weaknesses. I can often provide advice on physical adaptations to facilities without conducting a formal assessment of accessibility.

Together, we develop an inclusion plan tailored to your specific situation. I provide you with support in integrating shareholders and training staff, and remain at your side to come up with any adjustments that may be needed.

Depending on your needs, I can design or provide practical guides, outlines for adapted sessions, and a personalized welcome packet for those you wish to include.

My support focuses on the technical and educational aspects of the project, not on securing funding.

Managers, coaches, and organizations: Tell me about your sport, your players, your needs, and the current status of your project. I offer coaching for the whole club starting at €1200, one-day training sessions (price upon request), and group sessions lasting 1 to 1 ½ hours.
