I work with sports clubs to help them welcome and include players with disabilities.

I work with clubs to make inclusion a living reality within the group.

I can help you adapt your teaching methods and the environment by using alternative communication, visual aids, and taking specific needs into account.

I primarily work in handball, basketball, and football (soccer).

I address challenging behaviors, invisible disabilities, mediation with families, and the inclusion of players within the club.

I assist with the integration and training of volunteers, coaches, and program leaders.

I offer a one-day training session designed to provide your team with practical guidelines for welcoming players with disabilities.

Topics tailored to your needs:

- Understanding ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders, and recognizing invisible disabilities

- Teaching adaptations: instructions, visual aids, and alternative communication

- On-field management: challenging behaviors, safety, and physical needs

- Club life: communicating with families and promoting inclusion within the team

I adapt the content to your team’s needs and your club’s goals, to turn inclusive intentions into accessible everyday practices.

I begin with an initial exchange with your club to clarify the types of participants you wish to welcome and the specific sport involved.

I then help your team reflect on the project and analyze its context. I provide advice on facility arrangements, without conducting a formal accessibility assessment.

Together, we develop an inclusion plan tailored to your specific situation. I’ll support you in integrating participants and training staff, and I’ll remain by your side to monitor any necessary adjustments.

Depending on your needs, I can provide or design practical guides, adapted session outlines, and a personalized inclusive welcome packet.

My support focuses on the technical and educational aspects of the project, not on securing funding.

Managers, coaches, and organizations: Tell me about your sport, your players, your needs, and the current status of your project. I offer club coaching starting at €1,200, one-day training sessions (price upon request), and group sessions lasting 1 to 1.5 hours.
