It does not constitute the practice of Advanced Practice Nursing (APN) nor the performance of medical care, and is conducted in strict compliance with the regulatory framework for dual employment, professional secrecy, and confidentiality. No services provided by the sole proprietorship are linked to the patient base of the salaried APN practice.
