“My name is Wynn Smith, and I am a consultant and trainer in mental health, psychiatry, and disability. I specialize in supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs)—particularly autism spectrum disorder (ASD)—and in complex situations. As an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) in psychiatry with nearly 10 years of experience working with this population, I am also a researcher whose work has been published in indexed journals and a training instructor in higher education. My goal is to combine scientific rigor with practical expertise to provide high-quality support and guidance. I put my experience to work for families, caregivers, professionals, organizations, businesses, and communities to understand the human being in a holistic way, train teams, and build truly inclusive life paths.”

I design and conduct online and in-person training programs in the fields of mental health, psychiatry, nursing, and disability.
I support caregivers, educational teams, and frontline professionals in expanding their knowledge, incorporating the latest scientific findings (particularly regarding ASD and NDD), and perfecting their daily practices.

I combine my clinical expertise and hands-on experience to advise and support families, caregivers, institutions, communities, and specialized organizations.
From designing personalized mental health support programs to optimizing care for neurodevelopmental disorders (ASD/NDD), I help you develop appropriate responses and promote the effective inclusion of people with disabilities in the community (particularly through adapted sports).
